We are proud to be asked to participate in so many worthwhile projects. Unfortunately we just can’t support them all due to the number of requests.

To save time, please read this section carefully before submitting your request to us.

We give careful consideration to each and every application. Even if we are not able to support your project, we wish you great success and applaud your efforts.

• Please be sure your request is made at least six weeks prior to your event.
• We try to support as many different organizations as possible. If we have already contributed to your organization in the past 12 months, please hold your request for now.
• We are unable to fulfill product-specific requests, but promise to do our best to serve your needs.
• If your request is honored, we MAY ask that you make arrangements to pick up your donated product at our facility in Waterbury, Vermont or provide your own freight.
• Requests are reviewed by the 15th of each month, and we will contact you once a decision has been made. Please no phone calls during this process.
